These 17 acres of vines are divided into small lots so that each can be managed to produce the best grapes possible. They are planted following the contours of the land\, and run 11° off of a north-south direction\, allowing balanced sun exposure on both sides of the vine canopy for optimal ripening. \nThe grape varietals selected were limited to those best suited to the relevant microclimates. Syrah is being grown\, along with smaller lots of Zinfandel\, Sauvignon Blanc\, Semillon and Petite Sirah.
